A life coach is for everyone that wants more out of their life, or improvement in a certain area to create balance. We enter into a co-creative, egalitarian, and active partnership where I guide and instill motivation for reaching your goals and passions. I know that everyone has the innate knowledge, skill and ability for living the life that they desire and I am here to help you along the way!

Free initial session for everyone!
Each package includes 1 session per week for 50 minutes with email communication for questions. You are also given access to Sprout Wellbeing’s monthly newsletter, which is packed with healthy recipes and articles for healthy living, as well as access to holistic health coaching, pilates and exercise groups and classes!
16 weeks program with a 4 month follow up session. $630 (18 sessions total)
12 weeks program with a 3 month follow up session $560 (14 sessions total)
8 weeks with a 2 month follow up session $450 (10 sessions total)
4 weeks with a 1 month follow up session $300 (6 sessions total)
per visit. $55/ 50 minutes
I personally recommend the 8, 12, or 16 week programs with the follow up session. The reason for this is to allow enough time to really make solid changes and growth. Most life coaches will charge more money for shorter 30 minute sessions. While this works for many, I differ because I want to reach as many people as possible, especially those in tough times financially (so please ask about sliding scale pricing and we’ll find something that works). I also believe that longer sessions are necessary to really connect and fully explore obstacles and goals that you decide to focus on. Please contact me with any and all questions you have!
