Sprout Wellbeing supports individuals, families, and groups in their health goals through
health coaching and wellness support programs that facilitate active lifestyles, wholesome eating, community engagement, and balanced living.

Are you Sprouting? You can with Sprout Wellbeing's Health Coaching Programs!

Your personalized individual, family, or group program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your family and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. While your program will address all aspects of wellbeing, programs can be specifically designed for weight loss, healthy pregnancy, needs of children and families, sports training, life transitions, and specific illnesses.

In Your 6-month Wellbeing Program You Will…
  • Set and accomplish goals in all areas of life - nutrition/cooking, career, relationships, exercise, etc
  • Explore new foods, recipes, and cooking techniques that work for you and your family (includes meal planning and recipes)
  • Explore new enjoyable activities and exercise for you and your family 
  • Understand and reduce cravings
  • Establish a healthy relationship to food
  • Increase energy
  • Feel better in your body
  • Improve personal relationships

Food and physical activity change everything. As your daily diet and activities change, your body changes, your mood improves, relationships flourish, and your wellbeing "sprouts"! Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day. Individual Sprout Wellbeing Health Coaching Program includes...


Two 50-minute Health Coaching sessions per month catered to your needs and goals. Activities could include:
  • In-home Cupboard Review
  • Shopping & Cooking Demonstrations
  • Strategies for Shopping, Cooking & Exercising with Limited Time & Money
  • Exploration of Your Relationship with Food & Body
  • Activity & Meal Planning that Works for YOUR Life and YOUR Body
  • Exploration of Food Cravings & Emotional Eating
  • Nutrition Education

  • Stress Management Techniques
  • Motivation, Accountability, & Goal - Setting
  • Self Esteem Building
  • Food Allergy Exploration & Support
  • Chronic Disease Prevention & Management Through Nutrition, Exercise & Stress Reduction
  • Strategies for Healthy Eating and Living as a Family
  • And more…..


Program also includes…..
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts, recipe ideas, and other materials
  • A monthly newsletter
  • 10% Discount on Personal Training and Private Pilates Sessions

Cost: $110 per month, 6 month program

Families/Couples/Friends* Sprout Wellbeing Health Coaching Program Includes...

The same features as the individual program above but instead of two individual sessions per month, the family/group program includes:
  • One, 50 minute group Health Coaching sessions with entire family per month
  • One, 50 minute individualized session with each person per month

Imagine if you & your family or friends explored new ways to be active & cook together, establishing healthy habits that will last a lifetime! Making healthy lifestyle changes can be more effective if those closest to you are also involved in the program. Signing up for a family/group program is a great way to find a healthy lifestyle that you can sustain and truly achieve lifelong well-being while having fun! Also, group programs can decrease the program cost for each person!

Cost: $195 per month for 2 people, plus $65 per additional person per month (children under 12 are free if no individual session is needed)

Sprout Support Program Includes...

Various levels of support in your shopping, cooking and planning healthy food for you and your family. For example, I can:
  • Provide a suggested shopping list and recipes each week
  • Come to your home on a weekly basis and work with you to pre-make healthy dinners and brown bag lunches for the week in order to ensure that you and your family have healthy food easily accessible all week even with your busy schedules!
  • Consult with you on any barriers you are facing to healthy cooking and/or living
  • Provide shopping tours and cooking demonstrations
  • Meet with whole family to come up with a healthy living plan

For long-distance clients, frequent travelers, or just busy folks...
  • You can participate in a Sprout Wellbeing program too! Whether you live in the Palouse and don't have time to come to in-person meetings or live across the country, please inquire about phone, video chat, and webinar options available for counseling sessions and health seminars. Many of my current health coaching clients prefer the ease of phone sessions and get all the same benefits as in-person clients.
