Ready to start Sprouting? What next?

Wondering how you can start Sprouting?! Joining this blog is a great way to become a part of the Sprout Wellbeing community and here are a few other suggestions:

Community Potluck Picnic
Come meet your community, try new healthy food, and learn about how Sprout Wellbeing can support your health! Bring a healthy dish to share!
Where: Sunnyside Park, Pullman When: Sunday August 29, 1- 4pm

Pilates in the Park
Join your community for this low impact overall fitness program that builds a sleek, slim body and is especially good for developing a strong, flat abdomen.
Where: Sunnyside Park, Pullman When: Tuesdays 9/7 and 9/14 from 7-8am and Sundays 9/5 – 9/12 from 7-8 am

Bootcamp in the Park

Get your resistance training and aerobic workouts done at the same time!
Where: Sunnyside Park, Pullman When: Thursdays 9/9 and 9/16 from 7-8 AM, Sundays 9/5 and 9/12 8 – 9 am 

Cooking Class
Get your Kids Cookin’: Healthy Pizza and Other Recipes to Make with the Whole Family
Where: 1455 Lost trail Dr., Pullman When: Saturday 9/11 from 4 – 7 pm. Includes a full meal! Bring your whole family! All ages welcome!
